CincyYP was founded in 2011 by members of the young professionals organizations at several of Cincinnati’s largest corporations: Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Fifth Third, GE, Kroger, Macy’s, New Hire Social, PNC and TriHealth. Since then, the group has grown to nearly 6,000 members representing over 50 companies, other young professional groups, non-profits and more. A program of Give Back Cincinnati, CincyYP seeks to promote collaboration, discovery, networking, volunteerism and socializing among all of the city’s diverse young professionals organizations. We have partnered with organizations like 4EG, the United Way, CSO Encore, Give Back Cincinnati and others to find ways to connect, make an impact and have fun while doing it.

CincyYP exists facilitate connections between young professional leaders, provide a social outlet for networking and professional growth, and increase visibility, engagement and reach for local young professional groups

Through CincyYP, Cincinnati’s young professionals will grow professionally and personally, and forge new relationships that will last a lifetime. They will make a meaningful and lasting investment in the Greater Cincinnati community. CincyYP will contribute to the regional retention of young professional talent.
